我们的仓库不是开源项目, 仅仅是一个文档类仓库, 这个文档仅仅是一个学院内的社区发布信息的渠道, 我们需要Licence吗?

我的理解是不需要的. 信息没有被广泛引用的价值, 因此不需要Licence.
