Currently, the "SEX" column on GTEx has values of either 1 or 2 because GTEx decided to do it that way for some reason. Can the column be altered so values of 1 actually become "male" and 2 become "female"?
Can column "SUBJID" also be added from the metadata and be located before "SAMPID"?
