Cannot create custom BalanceStrategy #77

I noticed a comment in a PR that said we could implement our own BalanceStrategy (https://github.com/sproutsocial/nsq-j/pull/40/files#r977711254), but BalanceStrategy has a method that returns NsqdInstance, which is not Public, so I cannot implement it.

Created a PR (#78) - but without a valid Jira it won't pass the sprout-jira-linter check.
