Paypal not trigger submit coupon code

Hi everyone, When choose pay with creditcard, Submit with coupon code (FREESHIP) is work greate.
But when choose paypal: when click I see it not submit coupon code. Do I missing config or it 's a missing function in gem

I have the same problem. Sometimes the freeship code doesn't work. (not sure it's caused by the hidding of submit button in the payment page.)

I have the same problem. I'm using spree version "3.1.0.rc1" with rails 4.2.6 and the coupon is ignored when I pay with PayPal. It works fine with others payment method.
Somebody have found a way to solve this issue?
