A bit about myself...

The majority of my career has been spent in the consulting space, helping customers in their cloud journey. I initially began my career working at IBM as a Consultant where I was making use of some web development skills that I had acquired in my free time (AngularJS, Angular). I began to work with customers that were deploying resources on Amazon Web Services (AWS), and in the process I discovered the powers of the cloud. I was hooked, I completely shifted my career to revolve around the cloud, particularly with AWS. I then left IBM for a new consulting company - Slalom, who is a close AWS consulting partner. At Slalom, I exponentially expanded my consulting experience in the cloud space. I began to acquire AWS Certifications and establish myself as a cloud technical leader. After a little over 2 years with Slalom, I joined AWS as a Cloud Infrastructure Architect - and later became a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Architect. At AWS, I continued my journey of helping customers be successful in their cloud journey.

I have been extremely fortunate to have been exposed to many different tools and technologies along the way - not to mention all of the amazing connections/friends I've made, whether it was AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible, CircleCI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, the list goes on and on... Throughout my career I have discovered that I really love automating/breaking things, writing infrastructure-as-code, and helping others with their cloud journey. Fast forward to today, I am currently a Solutions Engineer at Spacelift, the most flexible tool CI/CD tool for infrastructure-as-code.
