[ZRVG] CPC feature extraction

Marvin updated the code for SpokenCOCO dataset to make it use memmaps instead of pytorch files. I merged it as I need it but some minor changes would be required.

[ ] rename parmeters starting with _.
[ ] solve CPC dependency

I am not sure how to handle the second one though. Let's talk about it during our next meeting.
