Timer support negative time

Sometimes it may be useful to start the timer at -1 minute instead of starting at 0

Late reply, could be done just haven't been focusing on this bundle a lot recently.

Also as an extra note, I'm not sure how this would be handled, and would it be a breaking change? If it were to display a negative symbol before the already formatted timer, that may cause issues to people who expect a set amount of characters in that (as I know I do).
