Host taxon Rank field no longer renders as a picklist

Describe the bug
When viewing a host taxon record from the non-host collection, the Rank field (note #3293) no longer renders as a picklist. Only occurs in production.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the CollectingEventAttribute field
2. Using the hostTaxon plugin, query for a host taxon record and click Select
3. Click Edit to visit the record
4. See that the rank field with the api call is no longer a picklist

Expected behavior
Previously, the field would render as a picklist containing the ranks from the non-host collection.
