Formatted setting in Queries Basic View shifts other query fields

Describe the bug
When you have formatted selected in a query, clicking the gear to bring up the selection menu moves the other fields so that they're aligned to the end of the picklist.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Queries
2. Create/open a query that has (formatted) and any other field in it
3. Click the gear on formatted
4. See that the other fields are unchanged
5. Switch to basic view
6. Click the gear on formatted
7. See that it shifts the other fields columns to the right

Expected behavior
Opening the gear menu on formatted shouldn't shift the other rows' fields to the right.
