This has come up many times over the years, and it would be nice to be able to point people at documentation rather than re-writing similar responses over and over again.

See recent sparklemotion/nokogiri#2056 and older issues like sparklemotion/nokogiri#1927, sparklemotion/nokogiri#1803, sparklemotion/nokogiri#578, sparklemotion/nokogiri#1962, etc.
