Craft 3.0 RC5 is out. 3.0 RC1 is being used in upstream. We need to upgrade so we can get ready for 3.0 ourselves.

  • Extract our docs from the Readme.md for easier syncing in the future
  • Sync against craftcms:master (this will be a merge commit)

@cromwellryan, when going through the setup for Craft CMS, there are a few parts of the README that need updated. Am I able to do that, or will that conflict with this issue? Thanks!

Just leaving this here even though we chatted in Slack...

It seems like this would be a good time to pull out our docs into a separate file so that future updates from upstream can be pulled in smoothly. Let's try to solve both now.
