Description

Steps to reproduce the issue:

When building the nvidia-bluefield platform, the mlnx-ofed-kernel-modules package for nvidia-bluefield is only available for the 6.1.38 kernel version. However, the master branch is now on 6.1.94 kernel. Because of this, the mlnx-ofed-kernel-modules package cannot be downloaded, causing the build for this platform to fail.

Describe the results you received:

Kernel module package download failed because master branch is on a different kernel version.

Describe the results you expected:

Kernel modules should ideally be built as part of the SONiC build itself.
