Strange behaviour of DevAudit library.

I use a OSSIndexApiv3DataSource object from DevAudit.AuditLibrary (v3.3.0.0) to check the nuget packages vulnerabilities of our solution. It works fine at the first time. after about a month the SearchVulnerabilities starts to return an empty list. This happened on two differner machines. When I try to investigate the problem and add some logs the SearchVulnerabilities imeddiatelly started to work as expected. There is something about rate limit in documentation: "_DevAudit uses the OSS Index database, which has some rate limiting." I am not sure do I hit the limit or this is a deifferent reason. Any advice is welcome.
