version 0.18.4 on crates.io does not match the state in this repository

It looks like the 0.18.4 release on crates.io doesn't actually match the state in this git repository.

For example, the itertools dependency was removed before the 0.18.4 version bump, but the 0.18.4 version on crates.io still has the itertools dependency:
