feat[dev]: ✨ add customizable tag label for sd-select and sd-combobox

User Story

As a user of the Solid Design System, I would like to add a custom text for the tag label which is shown when the max-options-visible number is reached, so that this text reflects its context.

Suggested Solution

Add max-options-tag-label attribute. Set current text as default.
