Cant Install on Fedora 36 with portmidi installed

This error message shows when I use go install github.com/solarnz/pamidicontrol@latest command.

It looks like portmidi includes porttime since v 217 - so the dependency in this project to portmididrv also needs updating.

Unfortunately that's not something I know how to do.
