A new integration section going over how to interact with Serum would be great

Would have something like the following:

  • How to create an account on Serum
  • How to create and order
  • How to deserialize market data

You're welcome to use the serum sdk for this

@harsh4786 iirc, there's a number of accounts you need to create with Serum before you start placing orders. Would be nice to have that walkthrough
