The goal is to add snippets for the existing recipes for C#.

In some recipes it may be the case that features haven't yet been implemented/properly tested in the Solnet.* ecosystem of libraries, should we just skip those? Open to suggestions.

Awesome. Any snippets are fine. We're skipping some of the CLI sections that are not supported at this time, so filling out what you can is good
