Individuals often foul their deployments by using dynamically generated IDs every time they cargo build-bpf.

While this is fine for local solana-test-validator once you go to another cluster, upgrading the account may be difficult. Especially if they aren't creating a static keypair.

A clear and concise guide on program and program ID best practices would help or at least take away any mystery.
