Create upload application

It would be good to have an upload application which would automatically sync the local images to the server. Images should never be uploaded twice so the client should hold a copy of the image finger index. This prevents that shared images will be uploaded to the server.

Nice to have feature is that if a local file is deleted from the phone, then the application can request to sync those changes as well to the server.
