OkHttp plugin does not report

Describe the bug

When I test OkHttp plugin with Zipkin,I found that Zipkin don't find the remote call of OkHttp.

public Response intercept(Chain chain) throws IOException {
        Request request = chain.request();
        SofaTracerSpan sofaTracerSpan = okHttpTracer.clientSend(request.method());
        return chain.proceed(appendOkHttpRequestSpanTags(request, sofaTracerSpan));
}

when after proceed , should be execute okHttpTracer.clientReceive("code_state");
