RDPS tab occasionally missing

the RDPS tab occasionally goes missing, not sure what's causing this
this issue isn't bound to a particular class or raid, just occurs randomly

it happens when rdps was not able to fetch character stats in time. when players change presets, the stats api do not get updated until like 30s after, which then will be labeled as invalid
