Meter not displaying anything

I've had the meter working in the past with no issues. Currently, nothing I can do will make it log anything.

I am running a VPN, but have allowed LOA logs and lost ark app to the list of apps where the vpn is disabled. No change. I've also, tried the raw socket option. I've also tried changing the default network interface to the VPN. I've also tried disabling the VPN completely. Nothing I can do has made it operate. I've also reinstalled loa logs and ncap to no avail. I'm thoroughly confused as to what the issue is.
