What is the current behavior?

This log line does not include exception information: https://github.com/snowflakedb/snowflake-jdbc/pull/1522/files#diff-604c7223b32c2821f2b50c1bcea7d6110e6e095c6ca04b604eddf50d34483b1cL2091

What is the desired behavior?

This log line includes exception information.

How would this improve snowflake-jdbc?

Help debugging errors more easily.
