Use LDAP password for manually added users

• Snipe-IT Version 4.8.0
• OS: Ubuntu 1804
• Web Server: Apache

When creating a new user it forces me to set a password. I would like it to go out to LDAP for the password. For instance have a checkbox that will set the field ldap_import=1 for that user. The user sync takes some time, and is run on the weekends. So, allowing my users to manually create the user in a pinch would be nice.
