OS: CentOS Linux release 7.7.1908 (Core)

APP_TIMEZONE=
does not appear to work
I cannot make any APP_TIMEZONE work- I've tried
APP_TIMEZONE=America/Los_Angeles
and others, yet /etc/timezone is always
Etc/UTC
and "date" command always returns UTC time whenever I start the container with my envars file. All other envars listed in link above are working. What is the issue with that envar? Thanks!
