Please confirm you have done the following before posting your bug report:

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
After installation of all pre-requisites and performing pre-flight test successfully. Web page shows blank page with no indication of what is wrong.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
Snipe-It web page should launch
Screenshots
If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem.

    snipe-it-4.9.0
  • OS: [e.g. Ubuntu, CentOS]
    Windows Server 2019
  • Web Server: [e.g. Apache, IIS]
    IIS 1809 10.0.17763.1
  • PHP Version
    php-7.4.4-nts-Win32-vc15-x64

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: [e.g. iOS]
  • Browser [e.g. chrome, safari]

Error Messages

Additional context

  • Is this a fresh install or an upgrade?
    Fresh install
  • What OS and web server you're running Snipe-IT on
    Windows Server 2019 & IIS 1809 10.0.17763.1
  • What method you used to install Snipe-IT (install.sh, manual installation, docker, etc)
    Manual installation
  • Include what you've done so far in the installation, and if you got any error messages along the way.
    -Downloaded and installed all of the perquisites as indicated per installation doc.
    -Created database and the snipe user with permissions
    -Edit the .env file
  • Indicate whether or not you've manually edited any data directly in the database
    -set up assets.mydomain.com as described in documentation
  • debug mode on in the .env file but no log files are being created.
  • read the common issues and documentation but cant see to install this application..Created user per installation instructions
    Add any other context about the problem here.
