Please confirm you have done the following before posting your bug report:

Describe the bug
After migrating from one Synology to another . Cant choose where to checkout assets to. Only showing "loading" on drop list of either Person, Asset or location.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'check out asset'
  2. Click on 'chec out to location/person/asset'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error

Expected behavior
That a drop down list appears with

Server (please complete the following information):

  • Snipe-IT Version - v4.7.2 build 4037 ()
  • OS: Synology DM
  • Web Server: [e.g. Apache, IIS]
  • PHP Version - 7.1.29-1+ubuntu16.04.1+deb.sury.org+1

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: [Windows 10
  • Browser Chrome
  • Version Latest

Error Messages

  • WITH DEBUG TURNED ON, if you're getting an error in your browser, include that error
  • If a stacktrace is provided in the error, include that too.
  • Any errors that appear in your browser's error console.
  • Confirm whether the error is reproducible on the demo: https://snipeitapp.com/demo.
  • Include any additional information you can find in storage/logs and your webserver's logs.

Additional context

  • Is this a fresh install or an upgrade? no, migration
  • What OS and web server you're running Snipe-IT on
  • What method you used to install Snipe-IT manual installation via ssh
  • Include what you've done so far in the installation, and if you got any error messages along the way.
  • Indicate whether or not you've manually edited any data directly in the database
