Ugh yeah, this is a longstanding bug/stale cache issue on Bluesky's end, their PDS entryway isn't great at serving the resolveHandle API call we use. Not sure what to do about that here.
...also not sure exactly where they're tracking this. bluesky-social/atproto#2280 isn't exactly it, but maybe?
