Thanks for developing this great tool for predicting perturbation outcomes. However, I found it's impossible to reproduce Fig 3c in the paper because some important data files are not provided in both https://github.com/yhr91/GEARS_misc and https://github.com/snap-stanford/GEARS. Specifically, the missing files are shown in the figures below.
Also, I'm unable to reproduce these files using your codes in the github repository. I will appreciate it if you can share the codes which should reproduce these data files.
