Nice! The Some(...).ok_or_else(...)
is a little bit awkward, but definitely makes codegen easier. Seems like it should be fine though given how infrequent documents are (not a ton of unreachable error code).

Inadvertently removed newline.
Motivation and Context
@aajtodd thoughtfully pointed out that our separate documentParser is actually totally unnecessary (this is handled correctly by payload parser already!)
