Backup failing with below error message.

I am running 1.6.2 version of this tool. its failing with this error message. Anyway to skip this user and continue with backup?

I am on the same version and the same error too, waiting for a solution...

I ran this on windows 10, JRE 8 211. (C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_211\bin>)

I got reply from support, this error is caused because the target user has not active his registration yet, need contact user to active his account

The tool will still work. It just bypass those user who haven't log on to smartsheet yet.

Edit: Uncomment below line in smartsheet-backup.properties file
continueOnError=true
