I have the same error
Looks to me that it's the same issue as this
/v1.0/iot-03/devices needs to be replaced to /v1.0/devices here

I made the change of:

/v1.0/iot-03/devices needs to be replaced to /v1.0/devices here

https://smedley.id.au/tmp/org.smarthomej.binding.tuya-4.2.1-SNAPSHOT.jar

For me, I still have two wifi devices that aren't detected :(
