I'm trying to follow the installation instructions.
This integration is able to install via HACS.
Ensure that HACS is installed.
Search for and install the n3rgy integration.
Configure the n3rgy sensor.
Restart Home Assistant.
However either at Home Assistant level (I believe this is wrong level) or the list of integrations after clicking through to HACS, I don't see n3rgy being an option returned and hence I can't install it.
How do I add n3rgy to HACS?

Though I seem unable to actually update HACS?
I am currently on 1.13.2 and I believe that 1.28.3 is now available.
I have clicked on Update, and I think had an option to click on install, and have done 'Restarts' of Home Assistant by going to the Settings menu several times, and I have also rebooted the system that Home Assistant runs on.
I also have one integration I assume n3rgy that is pending a restart of Home Assistant, and I have tried the same of restarting Home Assistant and rebooting the Home Assistant system but I still get the same message.
Please assist, I don't know what I actually need to do in order to update HACS and have it aware that Home Assistant has been restarted.
