Bug Report

Multiple payload tests fail in Xcode 11.

Reproduction Steps
  1. Open the library in Xcode 11
  2. Build and run unit tests
Expected Behavior

The tests pass

Observed Behavior

The payload tests fail due to a change in formatting of the data.description.

expected to equal <<12000000 126d7475 00d3d9ab 23000000 0000>>, got <{length = 18, bytes = 0x12000000126d747500d3d9ab230000000000}>
