Fullscreen is blank on web build

Describe the bug
When using the emscripten web build, selecting full screen enters full screen, but blanks the screen. Game is fully functional outside of full screen.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to your web build (secure connection or not)
2. Click on the fullscreen button
3. See error

Expected behavior
Game should work in full screen.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Macos
• Browser: Firefox and chrome were tested, with the same result.
• Emscripten Version 1.39.5
• Branch: master

I haven't tested the web builds in a long time. Have you tried the nightly branch, if it can still be built for web?

I believe I had build errors while trying to build in the nightly branch that were resolved when switching to the master branch.
