Changing progress with the setting watched toggle does not update the videos current progress

The functionality does set/reset the progress of the video however on the frontend it does not update the watch progress in the video component at all.

This seems to be an issue with how the progress is being kept in the video component.

This might be solved when hoisting the video reference up out of the video component at a later stange.
