Bot inaccessible after a few days

I've created my own bot (replying on specific key words) running in Docker on a Raspberry Pi. It's working as expected but after a few days it is running but neither logging nor answering anything. To exclude all my stuff I've compiled the "echo_json" example without any modification. It's running in a terminal windows on a raspberry pi showing the same behaviour: After a few days it stops logging and answering while the process still is running.
