Description

add Victron inverter status using victron's modbus register list. This should cover all ve.bus connected Victron inverters

Motivation and Context

this adds status to the card for Victron inverters

How has this been tested

I installed the update manually on my HAos, ran the inverter thru all modes possible, and verified the output was correct on the card

Type of change

changes to 3 files to add the status's

Please delete options that are not relevant.
