When there is large amount of RTL files generated for the accelerators (happens mostly with vivado HLS) the makefile
rtl.mkfails on two targets:check_all_srcsandcheck_all_rtl_srcs.To avoid this from happening, now in each target the RTL files are processed in chunks according to each individual variable included under
ALL_SIM_SRCSandALL_RTL_SRCS.
