Sometimes, starting slashbase doesn't show projects and databases

Steps to reproduce:
brew tap slashbaseide/brew
brew install slashbase
slashbase
exit
slashbase
... doing it multiple times...sometimes the glitch occurs.

Often: refreshing browser does work.

This was happening because of sqlite driver, updating to use gorm sqlite driver fixes this in version v0.4.1.
