Image Insert with Data URI

It would be great if Quill allowed inserting images from your computer and converting them to data URI's, so no server-side image management was needed.

Data URIs shouldn't be necessary on newer browsers that support Object URLs.

However, I think a drag-and-drop module would be a very useful thing to include in quilljs 😉

You should view issue #122. They plan on adding 'drag-n-drop' features to Quill, but it was posted a while back on May 25, 2014.
