ZW20R 20A Tamper Resistant Duplex Receptacle

This describes the Z-Wave device ZW20R, manufactured by Wenzhou MTLC Electric Appliances Co.,Ltd. with the thing type UID of enerwave_zw20r_00_000.

The device is in the category of Power Outlet, defining Small devices to be plugged into a power socket in a wall which stick there.

The ZW20R supports routing. This allows the device to communicate using other routing enabled devices as intermediate routers. This device is also able to participate in the routing of data between other devices in the mesh network.

Overview

Enerwave ZW20R Z-wave TR Duplex Receptacle is a perfect wireless manual and remote on/off control replacement of regular receptacles, controlling table and floor lamps, small appliances, fan, etc. This Z-Wave TR Duplex Receptacle provides two different type outlets. One outlet with z-wave mark has programmable functions such as scenes, association, schedule event, etc. It can be added to the Mi Casa Verde Vera3 or any other Z-Wave compliant controllers, and a Blue LED on the face cover indicates the status of the controlled outlet and/or act as a night light. The other outlet with Tamper-Resistant feature provides constant power, helps you and your families prevent electrical injuries. This Z-wave TR Duplex Receptacle meets the 2011 NEC code requirement. 

Inclusion Information

When the controller is in inclusion mode and the blue LED blinks on the ZW20R, press the program button of ZW20R, and then the controller will verify the inclusion

Exclusion Information

When the controller is in exclusion mode, press the program button of ZW20R, and then the controller will remove it from the current Z-Wave network, and the LED will blink on the receptacle.

Switch

Switch the power on and off.

The switch_binary channel is of type switch_binary and supports the Switch item and is in the Switch category.

Switch 1

Switch the power on and off.

The switch_binary1 channel is of type switch_binary and supports the Switch item and is in the Switch category.

Switch 2

Switch the power on and off.

The switch_binary2 channel is of type switch_binary and supports the Switch item and is in the Switch category.

Device Configuration

The following table provides a summary of the 1 configuration parameters available in the ZW20R. Detailed information on each parameter can be found in the sections below.

1 Toggle LED mode Set to 1 for LED to be in sync with switch.
Switch All Mode Set the mode for the switch when receiving SWITCH ALL commands

Parameter 1: Toggle LED mode

Set to 1 for LED to be in sync with switch.

The following option values may be configured -:

Value Description
0 LED is on when switch is off
1 LED is on when switch is on

The manufacturer defined default value is 0 (LED is on when switch is off).

This parameter has the configuration ID config_1_1 and is of type INTEGER.

Switch All Mode

Set the mode for the switch when receiving SWITCH ALL commands.

The following option values may be configured -:

0 Exclude from All On and All Off groups
1 Include in All On group
2 Include in All Off group
255 Include in All On and All Off groups

This parameter has the configuration ID switchall_mode and is of type INTEGER.

Association Groups

Association groups allow the device to send unsolicited reports to the controller, or other devices in the network. Using association groups can allow you to eliminate polling, providing instant feedback of a device state change without unnecessary network traffic.

The device does not support associations.
