No newlines and clearing on Android #12

Tuikit does not clear screen nor process newlines correctly on Android in Termux environment (which is prefixed linux installation).

Information about the system:

$ echo $TERM
xterm
$ uname -a
Linux localhost 4.4.153-perf+ #1 SMP PREEMPT Fri Aug 16 12:44:29 CST 2019 aarch64 Android
