An query about the dictionary of road network

I'm curious about difference between the rn_dict.json and the raw_rn_dict.json in the folder 'extra_info'. I notice that the length and the number of points in the coordinates is different between the two file. So I'm curious about the difference and how to create the two file based on the raw trajectory and the OSM. It would be a great help for me if U could give me a reply.
