Openclash代理后会导致向日葵被控端间歇性出问题，用手机和电脑控制同局域网内的电脑会出现远程设备下线和连接失败的问题，将主控设备切到非局域网又不会出现此问题

加定义规则 pass向日葵进程名就完事了
