Current Gadget allows to do things which are actual errors, but doesn't report 
this to user. Following should be reported:

 - some JS libraries can't be loaded
 - there are too many icons in current set, it can't be saved
 - added icon is using http scheme, not https, meaning it appears in set but not on events
 - ...
