We need to re-visit the installed page to get the updated list of installed apps.

I would like to work on this issue. Will you please give the required attributes of installed apps. Is this how it should look.

Don't focus on UI, just see if you can update the list of installed games in realtime. https://github.com/sinix-dev/sinix/blob/master/pages/installed.vue#L24 Here is where the list is getting updated.
