"Show Message Buttons" not being applied automatically #1902

If you disable "Show Message Buttons", message buttons are hidden as intended. However, after restarting Caprine, message buttons are visible again and you have to toggle the option on and back off for it to work. This bug had reoccurred a few days ago.

#1881 is related.

That pr fixed the issue that occured with preferences window but it could be that the css classes changed again so it needs to be fixed again. I have my hands quite full over the next few days with exams so I could probably take a look at it after that.
