Use Case

As an educator, I want a demonstration of tools to make it easy to run simulations in the cloud in order to brainstorm active learning lesson plans for my students that involve authentic research experiences.

Acceptance Criteria

A jupyter notebook that runs on google colab where a user can define a few parameters of a simulation, run a docker image of the model, and display the results in a Simularium viewer.
